Go Green Car Wash collects SMS consent only during an inbound phone call, after a caller asks the phone receptionist to send a specific link by text message. Go Green does not collect phone numbers from any other source for this program.
Verbal Consent
The phone receptionist reads the following before any message is sent:
I can text that to you from Go Green Car Wash. By saying yes, you agree to receive one text message per request. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to cancel or HELP for help. Our privacy policy and terms are at gogreentustin.com. Is that okay?
Confirmation
The caller must verbally say yes. The receptionist then reads back the destination mobile number and asks the caller to confirm it. The requested link is sent only after the caller confirms both consent and the number. If the caller declines, no message is sent.

What the Message Contains
Every message identifies Go Green Car Wash, contains only the link the caller requested, and ends with STOP and HELP instructions and a link to our terms. Example:
